SPARK offers 1 on 1 personal training with SPARK founder and master personal trainer, Mark Jones. Mark caters to beginners, those with some training, through to experienced athletes and seniors, and brings a lifelong passion for fitness, a message of positive change, a unique training style and infectious enthusiasm. Build a healthier and more active lifestyle. 

Training style 

Mark delivers a broad knowledge of training and experience in weight loss and hypertrophy, athletic conditioning, strength training, mobility, meditation and yoga. He takes a thoughtful multidisciplinary approach combined with with a good sense of humour, focus and compassion. He is also qualified in the PD Warrior program and is passionate about helping people with Parkinson’s.

Locations 

Train with Mark in a boutique studio in Bondi Junction, outdoors or in the comfort of your own home. Or speak to Mark if you have another location in mind. 

PT time options 

30 MINUTES

Short on time but keen to fire on all cylinders? Maximise your time with 30minutes of quality time. Focus on strength, conditioning, mobility or a succinct combination of all of the above. 

 

45 minutes

Kick start or finish your day with 45mins of action. Combining a dynamic warmup, tailored training program and finishing with a structured cool-down and stretch. 

 

60 MINUTES

The ideal training experience. An indulgent balance of warmup, strength, conditioning, mobility and stretching. Everything your mind and body needs.
